Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All products sold on Various.gg are strictly digital goods. Upon successful payment verification, products (e.g. account access details or digital keys) are delivered instantly and automatically to your account purchases dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the electronic and immediate nature of digital goods, sales are generally final once credentials have been delivered and accessed. However, refunds or replacement guarantees apply under the following specific circumstances:

• The delivered digital item is invalid, inaccurate, or non-functional upon initial delivery.
• The item was not delivered due to a system processing error.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue with your order, please open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@various.gg or via our official Discord community. Please include your Order ID and description of the issue.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all buyer concerns amicably. Buyers are encouraged to reach out to our customer support prior to initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.
